These baked chicken drumsticks are another great addition to your family’s favourite weeknight meal. It’s pretty straightforward, you can easily make this using only pantry essentials, and the result is always a hit!
2 tbsp olive oil
6 chicken legs
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp oregano
dried parsley for garnish, optional
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce, (alternatively you can use Soy Sauce)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
HOW TO MAKE BAKED CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees.
Step 2: To a large freezer bag, add the ingredients. Seal the bag to close and shake until the chicken is evenly coated with the spices.
Step 3: Keep the chicken in the fridge to marinate for at least 30 minutes up to 1 to 2 hours (for best results).
Step 4: On a baking sheet, arrange the chicken. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking. Once the internal temperature of the chicken reached 165 degrees, then the chicken is done.
Step 5: Remove from the oven when done and serve the chicken right away garnished with some parsley. Enjoy!
