Long John Silver’s Batter Fish or Chicken.


1½ c flour

4 TBlsp cornstarch

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

1½ C hot water


How to make it :

In a mixing bowl sift together the dry ingredients.

Add the water and mix well. Completely coat the chicken or fish fillets with the batter and fry until golden brown
