1 10-12 oz pizza dough

1 tbsp butter, melted

1 tsp garlic, minced

1/2 c mozzarella, shredded

12 thin slices of ham

4 oz Pepper Jack cheese, sliced

15-17 salami slices

1/2 c shredded mozzarella

15 slices pepperoni

1/2 c shredded mozzarella

1/4 c parsley, chopped fine

1 Egg, beaten

2 tbsp Parmesan cheese

cracked black pepper, to taste

more chopped parsley, to garnish

marinara sauce, for dipping


Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.

Sprinkle flour on parchment paper.

Put the pizza dough on it and roll to about a 12×14-inch rectangular shape.

Brush with melted over the dough, then sprinkle garlic on top.

Sprinkle 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese over the garlic.

Arrange the 12 ham slices over the dough.

Put the Pepper Jack cheese over the ham.

Top the cheese with a layer of salami.

Top the salami with more mozzarella cheese as well as pepperoni.

Sprinkle parsley over the pepperoni.

Add egg into a mixing bowl, then beat until creamy.

Brush the sides of the stromboli with the egg wash.

Roll it, then seal the sides.

Put the stromboli onto a baking sheet.

Sprinkle a generous amount of Parmesan cheese on top as well as black pepper.

Run a knife over the stromboli to make diagonal cuts.

Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until done.

Remove from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature.

Slice and garnish each serving with freshly chopped parsley.

Serve with marinara as a dip. Enjoy!
