1 pound pork chops, loin, center-cut
1 packet Ranch dip and seasoning mix
1 cup water
1 can 98% fat-free cream of chicken
Salt and pepper, to taste
P.S. you can add potatoes.
Season pork chops with salt and pepper and place in crockpot.
Combine Ranch mix, water, and cream of chicken in a bowl, and pour into crockpot over the chops.
Cook on low heat 5-7 hours.
