6 cups of mashed potatoes.
½ cup of milk.
1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese.
1 cup of sour cream.
2 tbsps of parsley flakes
1 tsp of garlic salt
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
½ lb of cooked and crumbled bacon.
Preheat the oven to 350° and grease a 9×13 pan or casserole dish.
In a mixer on medium, mix together the mashed potatoes, milk, cream cheese, sour cream, parsley flakes, garlic salt and cheddar cheese until creamy.
Transfer the mixture to the pan and top with cheese and bacon.
Cook covered for 30 minutes.
