2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 c Shredded Parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
Step 1: Slice each chicken breast into two and pound them to 1/2-inch thick.
Step 2: Put water and egg into a mixing bowl. Beat until well mixed.
Step 3: Add the garlic, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well mixed.
Step 4: In another mixing bowl, add the Parmesan cheese.
Step 5: Add the chicken pieces into the egg mixture and make sure to coat them well. Shake off any excess.
Step 6: Generously coat the chicken pieces with the Parmesan cheese.
Step 7: Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to high.
Step 8: Add oil and butter, then allow them to become hot/melt.
Step 9: Add the coated chicken pieces and cook each side until golden brown.
Step 10: Remove from the skillet and transfer them onto a serving plate.
Step 11: Serve hot and enjoy!
