PIZZA ROLLS

These bite-sized pizza rolls are so much fun to make and delicious! With just a few simple ingredients, you can throw this together in a flash of lightning. We enjoy pizza night and this recipe is a nice, fun way to twist it up a little. Instead of having the regular pizza, we have these easy-to-eat rolls. Feel free to add extra toppings if you’d like crumbled bacon, ham, etc. Serve these bad boys with a marinara sauce for dripping.

If you want an easy and quick appetizer to entertain your family and guests, homemade pizza rolls are the perfect answer! No one ever says no to pizza and even your pickiest eaters. Ingredients

2 tubes of refrigerated pizza crust

garlic salt

Italian seasoning, to taste

1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, to taste

1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

1 c. sliced and chopped pepperoni

marinara sauce

How to make Pizza Rolls

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 425 degrees F.

Step 2: Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface.

Step 3: Directly on the crust, sprinkle the garlic salt and Italian seasoning.

Step 4: Place the Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on each crust and top with diced pepperoni. Spread within half an inch of the edges of the crust.

Step 5: Carefully roll the crust, beginning with the short end into a tight log, then slice the rolls into an-inch sections using a serrated knife.

Step 6: On a lightly greased pan, place the pizza rolls. Transfer in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.

Step 7: When done, remove from the oven and serve immediately with the marinara sauce for dipping.
