ROASTED CAULIFLOWER STEAKS

Ingredients:

2 heads cauliflower

1 tsp kosher salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

¼ c olive oil

1 tsp chopped parsley

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 250 degrees C or 500 degrees F.

Step 2: Discard the green leaves and remove the stem of the cauliflower.

Step 3: Slice the cauliflower into two.

Step 4: Slice about 1 1/2-inch-thick steak in every cut of cauliflower.

Step 5: Repeat the process to the rest of the cauliflower.

Step 6: Arrange the sliced cauliflowers onto a rimmed baking sheet.

Step 7: Add the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper into a small mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.

Step 8: Drizzle the cauliflower steaks with olive oil.

Step 9: Season all sides of the cauliflower steaks.

Step 10: Cover the baking sheet with aluminium foil.

Step 11: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 5 minutes.

Step 12: Remove the cover and bake for 10 more minutes or until done.

Step 13: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature.

Step 14: Serve and enjoy!
