Baked Ranch Chicken with Broccoli and Bacon
This dish is so easy to make and only requires one pan! It's perfect for a busy weeknight meal or even entertaining. The best part is that it can all be made in a casserole dish!

- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups broccoli leaves blanched, chopped
- 6 strips bacon - cooked chopped
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/3 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
Preheat the oven to 325 F.
Add chicken breasts into the casserole dish. The casserole dish I used was oval in size, measuring 13 x 9 x 4 x 4.
Notice about chicken: For 4 chicken breasts, use either 2 large thick chicken breasts or 4 chicken breasts.
Top with chopped and blanched broccoli florets.
Top with chopped cooked bacon
Spread Ranch dressing on top.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella, Cheddar, and Shredded Cheddar cheeses.
Bake covered for approximately 20-30 minute until the chicken has cooked through. The thickness and duration of your chicken breasts will influence the cooking times.
