PIZZA DOUGH
Combine 1 cup flour, yeast sugar, salt, oregano, and garlic in a medium bowl.
Combine oil and water. Stir until well combined.
Gradually, add enough flour until you get a soft dough that is not sticky. You can add a small amount of flour to the bowl and mix briefly. The dough will feel soft but not sticky. You can knead the dough by pressing the flour into it, folding the dough and pressing, folding and pressing.
Place the cover over your oven and allow to heat for about 25-30 minutes.
PIZZA ROLLS
Preheat oven to 425° F
Use a lightly floured surface to roll out the pizza dough into a 16x14 inch rectangle.
Spread pizza sauce onto the dough, leaving 1" between each side. Sprinkle with pepperoni or cheese.
The dough should be rolled up tight starting at the long side. Place the dough on a cuttingboard and seal the seam.
You can cut even rolls by starting in the middle. Mark where half of the roll is. Split each half in two, so you have four quarters. Then cut each quarter into three rolls.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake for 15-20 minutes until they are light golden brown.
