Cheesy Pull Apart Christmas Tree Bread

This delicious cheesy pull apart Christmas tree bread is an easy and delicious appetizer or side dish that is perfect for sharing with your loved ones. With just a few simple ingredients, you can whip up this tasty treat in no time!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tube Pillsbury Pizza dough
  • 8 oz 1 package mozzarella pearls
  • 1 large egg beated
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • Three cloves of garlic minced
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 450°F and prepare a large baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Lay the pizza dough flat on a floured surface.
  • Use a pizza cutter to cut the dough in five directions starting from the highest sides, and six on the widest. You will get 30 pieces.
  • One square of dough at a stretch, wrap 2-3 mozzarella pearls inside each square. Fold the edges inward and roll into a ball.
  • Place each ball, folded side down, on the parchment paper. Mark your Christmas tree shape with 7 balls.
  • Continue this process until you have wrapped all 30 balls and your Christmas tree is complete.
  • Use a silicone brush to coat the top of the Christmas tree with egg.
  • Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until your Christmas tree's surface is golden.
  • Mix the butter, garlic, parmesan and basil while your tree bakes. Combine all ingredients until well combined
  • After the tree has been baked, apply the butter mixture to the entire surface and cover it completely.
  • Let cool down for five minutes, then serve with marinara sauce to dip.
