Ingredients
  

  • 2 avocados
  • 5 hardboiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp. plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. chopped chives
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Split each avocado in half. Next, use your knife and a paring knife to cut the flesh in a crosshatch design. Scoop the skin with a fork into a medium-sized pot.
  • With a fork, smash the avocados. You can leave some pieces behind. Add the yogurt, mustard (or lemon juice), chives, salt and salt to the avocado mixture. Mix thoroughly.
  • Cut the hard-boiled egg into small pieces. Then, stir them into your avocado mash. Mix everything together.
  • Serve immediately
