This delish recipe is an easy dish that requires very little prep time and is a delicious meal for the whole family!
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup sour cream
1 can, 10.75 oz cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup melted Butter divided
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1 cup shredded Colbyjack cheese
1 sleeve Ritz crackers crushed
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 3-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking oil. Place dish aside
Toss together shredded chicken, soup, 1/4 cup melted butter, and soup in a bowl.
Mix in Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese. Mix thoroughly.
Place chicken mixture in a pan.
Put Ritz crackers in a sleeve and crush them carefully.
Sprinkle crackers on top of the casserole, and drizzle 1/4 cup butter.
Bake covered for between 25-30 minutes, or until the center is hot.
