INGREDIENTS

3 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin

10 chicken drumsticks

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon ground basil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried sage

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

How to make Baked Herb & Garlic Chicken Drumsticks

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F. Using a tbsp olive oil, grease a baking sheet.

Step 2: On the prepared baking sheet, lay the drumsticks, leaving enough room between each piece. Evenly coat the drumsticks with the rest of the 2 tbsp olive oil.

Step 3: Place all spices and herbs (garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, oregano, basil, sage, kosher salt, and black pepper) in a small bowl. Whisk until everything is incorporated. Evenly rub this onto the drumsticks.

Step 4: Place the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake the drumsticks for about 25 minutes. Flip and continue to bake for another 20 to 25 minutes or until the internal temperature of the drumsticks reached 165 degrees F.
