  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef lean or ground turkey.
  • 2/3 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 Tablespoon barbecue Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chili pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • Meatloaf sauce:
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 teaspoon dijon mustard
