Black Pepper Beef Stir Fry Recipe

This super quick and easy beef stir fry is one of the easiest ways to cook up a family meal without spending hours in the kitchen!

The Ingredients:

250 g Beef steak Ribeye/rump/sirloin/tenderloin steak
1/2 large sweet onion
Garlic: 3 cloves
Red 1/2 Bell pepper
1/2 bell pepper green
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Beef Marinade:

1 tsp Light soy sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon Potato/corn flour ( starch
1/4 tsp Baking Soda

Stir Fry Sauce:

2 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp Light soy sauce
1/2 tsp Dark soy sauce
1 teaspoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
1 tbsp Rice vinegar
1/2 tsp Corn/Potato flour (starch)
3 Tbsp water

Stir Fry Recipe Steps:

Slice the beef steak into thin strips. Mix the beef slices in a bowl. Add the ingredients to the beef marinade. Mix well and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Finely chop the garlic. Slice the bell pepper and onion into thin strips.

Mix all ingredients for the stir-fry sauce in a small bowl. Set aside.

Place the marinated beef in a large saucepan on high heat. Flatten the beef and place it in the pan. Turn the sides and let the beef cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir fry another 1-2 minutes. Take out of the pan and let cool in a bowl.

Stir fry the garlic in the remaining oil for a few seconds. Stir in the onion slices, then add them to the pan. Mix in the pepper slices and beef slices.

Add the sauce mixture. Combine all ingredients with the sauce. Mix well. Stir fry for approximately 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.

Transfer to a serving platter. Serve immediately

Serve with a bowl steamed rice, or stir-fry noodle.
