Chicken Tetrazzini – A Delicious Make-Ahead Casserole

Yum! This Chicken Tetrazzini is an amazing, easy make-ahead casserole that tastes so good and has many options for freezing.

Ingredients:

1 (16-oz) package linguine pasta
1 whole rotisserie chicken breast meat removed and chopped
1 (10.5-oz cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
1 (16-oz.) container of sour cream
1/3 cup butter melt
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tsp dried parsley

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 300oF Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking tray with cooking spray.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box. Drain.

Mix chopped chicken, soups. Add butter, broth, salt and pepper. Stir in cooked pasta.

Place mixture in prepared baking dish. Add cheeses and chopped parsley. Cover with aluminum foil

Bake covered for 45 min. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes covered, or until cheese is melted.

Notes:

You can make casserole ahead and refrigerate it or freeze it for later.
Baking directly from the fridge may require you to increase the cooking time by a few extra minutes.
Bake the casserole as directed.
