  • 1 lb. Tender chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup butter 1 stick.
  • 2 tablespoons minced Garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepperflakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt divided
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine such like Pinot Grigio.
  • 1 1/2 cups of uncooked white rice
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated or shredded
