- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 cloves garlic minced

- 8 cups beef stock 8 cups chicken or vegetable stock can also be used
- 1 small bouquet of fresh thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tablespoon kosher Salt or to your taste
