  • 3 (227g) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 1/2 cups (600g) sour cream
  • 1 1/4 cups (250g) granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 5 pounds (2.26kg) seedless grapes, half red and half green
  • 1/2 cup (57g) pecans, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Wash the grapes and remove the stems. Dry them thoroughly.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with a handheld mixer until smooth.
  3. Add the sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix well.
  4. Mix the cream cheese mixture with the grapes, stirring gently until all of the grapes are coated.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  6. Just before serving, sprinkle the chopped pecans and brown sugar over the top of the grape salad.
