  • 450 grams (1 lb) lean ground beef (or ground turkey)
  • 1/2 onion, finely diced
  • 425 grams (15 oz) canned corn, drained
  • 305 grams (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup (1 can)
  • 115 grams (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 120 ml (1/2 cup) milk
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 565 grams (20 oz) frozen tater tots (1 bag)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Stir in the canned corn, cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
  4. Pour the beef mixture into a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  5. Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the beef mixture.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the tater tots.
