This is a dish that’s comfort food at its best! It has pasta, cheese, chicken and ham mixed in with an awesome sauce. You can make individual servings or you can make a large casserole and cut into squares. Either way, this is one dish that everyone will love.

1/2 lb dry pasta rotini
1 chicken breast boneless and skinless, cooked
8 oz ham
Salt fresh cracked black pepper
1/2 cup heavy Cream
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 Tbsp butter
8 oz Monterrey Jack cheese preferably block
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup ranch dressing

Drain the pasta and mix it in a large bowl.

You can dice cooked chicken breasts (or you can cook it in a skillet while making pasta). Then, add it to your bowl of pasta. Add the ham to the pasta. Mix well. Set aside.

Lightly grease a 1.5-quart casserole dish and heat oven to 350 degrees.

Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add chicken stock and heavy cream. Mix well and heat through.

Slowly stir Monterrey Jack cheese until it is grate into the sauce pan. Season the dish with salt and pepper.

Mix the cheesy sauce and pasta together in a bowl. Spread the mixture evenly in a casserole dish. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top.

Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Let the casserole cool down for a while, then drizzle with ranch dressing.
