Incredibly easy to whip up Creamy Cucumber Salad that tastes super fantastic! Cucumbers and yellow onion in a lusciously creamy sour cream mixture. A refreshing, delicious salad that is perfect for a picnic, barbecue, potluck, or to pair with any meal!

I love cucumbers and over the years I have tried different recipes with cucumbers. But my most favourite is this Creamy Cucumber Salad. The combination of dill weed and cucumbers is an amazing combo that my family enjoys so much! We pair this salad with just about anything even enjoy it by itself. Last night, I made pork chops and instead of prepping roasted or steamed veggies or pairing the chops with mashed potatoes like we always do, I served it with this creamy cucumber salad on the side. And my family loves it so much that they’re asking me to make more!

This pandemic taught me a lot of life lessons. I started to develop a mini garden at the back of my house, planting not flowers but crops. I never imagined myself doing something like this pre-pandemic. But the feeling I feel whenever I can grow a plant is priceless! The cucumbers I’ve been using now, I am very proud to say that I picked from my humble garden.
