Ingredients:

  • 680 grams (1 1/2 lb) fresh or frozen (then thawed) shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 113 grams (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 lemons, thinly sliced
  • 1 (0.7 oz.) packet of Italian seasoning

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  3. Place the lemon slices in an even layer on the baking sheet.
  4. Add the shrimp to the baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Pour the melted butter over the shrimp, making sure each piece is coated.
