This recipe for Dump and Bake Chicken Parmesan is an easy dinner! All you have to do is dump the ingredients in one dish, put it in the oven, and everything bakes together.

This chicken Parmesan recipe is easy to follow and yields delicious results. Chicken Parmesan is a classic Italian dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. This dish can be made with either chicken breasts or chicken thighs, and is served over pasta with a simple tomato sauce. This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled to feed a larger crowd.

INGREDIENTS:

1 (12 ounces). Whole wheat penne pasta
1 (24 ounce) jar pasta sauce
2-3 cups water
1 half a pound of chicken (sliced into small pieces).
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to suit your taste

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with cooking oil.
Put uncooked noodles, pasta sauces, water, chicken, and 1/2 cup mozzarella into a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Combine ingredients. Make sure the liquid covers both pasta and chicken.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil, and bake for 20 min.
Bake for another 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Spread breadcrumbs, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese over pasta dish. Bake covered for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese has melted and breadcrumbs are golden.
