Cheeseburger-Stuffed Garlic Bread

  • 1 French baguette
  • 1 c butter 2 sticks, cut in pieces
  • 5 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • Ground chuck 3/4 lb
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 slices cheddar cheese
  • Thousand Island for dipping
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 c sweet relish
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat the oven to 350°F
  • Step 2: Melt the butter in a saucepan. Cook the garlic until fragrant.
