To make this recipe, you’ll need:

1 lb. Shelled and deveined shrimp weighing in at 0.4 kg
1 tablespoon olive oils
1 tablespoon of melted unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 dashes cayenne pepper
Chop parsley

Instructions:

Rinse the shrimp in cold water. Drain the shrimp and place aside.
Place the butter and olive oil in a cast-iron skillet. Stir in the garlic, and cook until the garlic turns a light brown. Add the shrimp. After stirring the shrimp several times, add the honey, lime juice and salt. Cook the shrimp till the honey lime sauce thickens. Serve immediately with chopped parsley.
