This hearty casserole is the perfect comfort food for a chilly night. It’s packed with flavorful ground beef. Plus, it’s easy to make ahead of time, so you can just pop it in the oven when you’re ready to eat.
Ingredients:
1 bag (12 oz) wide egg noodles
1 lb ground beef lean
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 can (10.1 oz) condensed tomatoes soup
1 can (10.1 oz) of golden mushroom soup
1 cup whole milk
2 tablespoons minced dried onion
2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded Colby Jack Cheese or more, if desired
Instructions:
Turn oven on to 350°F and spray a 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray.
Follow the package directions to cook noodles.
Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and do not rinse.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic powder, salt and pepper. To make the beef no longer pink, brown and crumble it.
Add the cooked egg noodles, ground beef mixture and tomato soup to a large bowl. Next, add the milk, milk, dried onions, Worcestershire sauce and parmesan cheese. Mix everything together until well combined.
Spread evenly into the prepared baking dish. You can cover the baking dish with tin foil or leave it open if you prefer the crunchy baked egg noodles pieces.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the casserole and add it to the recipe.
