  • EASY PIZZA DOUGH
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour 195-260g + more for rolling
  • 1 package instant or rapid rise yeast 2 1/4 tablespoons
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2/3 cup warm tap water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • PIZZA ROLLS
  • 1/3 cup pizza sauce
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped pepperoni
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • PIZZA DOUGH
  • Combine 1 cup flour, yeast sugar, salt, oregano, and garlic in a medium bowl.
  • Combine oil and water. Stir until well combined.
  • Gradually, add enough flour until you get a soft dough that is not sticky. You can add a small amount of flour to the bowl and mix briefly. The dough will feel soft but not sticky. You can knead the dough by pressing the flour into it, folding the dough and pressing, folding and pressing.
