Sweet and Spicy Honey Garlic Chicken with Creamy Macaroni Cheese

For the Creamy Macaroni Cheese:

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions:

Make the Honey Garlic Chicken:

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Dredge the chicken pieces in the seasoned flour mixture to coat evenly.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the coated chicken pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and minced garlic.
