Ingredients
  

  • 15 oz. 3 pork chops, 430g
  • Salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon chopped Italian Parsley for Garnishing
  • Honey Sauce
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons warm water
