I love breakfast sandwiches. They are so easy to make and the possibilities for what you can fill them with is endless. I have made a ham and cheese croissant breakfast sandwich before, but this time I am adding an everything bagel seed topping. This added that extra little something that takes it to the next level!

What You Need:
10 small, straight-baked croissants
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
16 slices swiss cheese
10 slices smoked maple honey ham
1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
1 tbsp minced dried onion
1 tbsp minced dried garlic
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
How to Make It:
Preheat the oven to 355°F
Each croissant should be cut in half. Place the bottom halves in an oven-safe dish measuring 9 x 13 inches.
Place some mustard on each croissant base and top it with 8 slices of Swiss cheese.
Place each slice of ham on top of the croissants. Then, place the 8 remaining cheese slices on top.
Mix the onion, garlic, poppy seeds and sesame seeds together in a bowl. Stir to combine.
Spread the butter on the top of each croissant by placing the halves in front.
Sprinkle the all-seed mixture generously over the croissants.
Bake for approximately 25 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
Cut the croissants in 10 pieces and serve immediately
