Ingredients:

2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 boneless pork chops (1 inch thick)
2 tablespoons olive oils

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F. To make cleanup easy, line a baking tray with aluminum foil or parchment papers.

Combine the dry rub ingredients together in a small bowl.

Pat the pork chops dry using paper towels. Rub the pork chops with olive oil. The seasoning should be applied to both the meat and the sides.

Place the pork chops on the baking pan.

Bake in the oven 20-25 minutes or until pork reaches a temperature of 140-145 degrees Fahrenheit. You can read the instructions for carryover cooking and determine when to take the pork out of the oven.

Allow the meat to cool in the oven. Tent it with aluminum foil for five to ten minutes. While the meat rests, the temperature of the meat will be redistributed (carryover-cooking) and the internal temp will rise approximately 5-10 degrees. Serve.
