- 180ml (3/4 cup) milk
- 2 cans of Campbell’s beef gravy (10.5 oz each)
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can of mushrooms (large) drained
Directions:
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, grated onion, grated garlic, dried parsley flakes, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, and milk. Mix well with your hands until combined. Form into patties.
- Heat a little olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add patties and cook until browned on both sides and just about done.
