Ingredients
  

  • 1 1lb. Box of thin spaghetti
  • 2 24oz. jars marinara/pasta sauce
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 8 frozen chicken patties I purchase the Tyson brand.
  • Seasoning to your liking optional.

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9x13 baking pan.
  • Follow the instructions on the packaging to cook and drain the spaghetti. Mix 3/4 cup of tomato sauce (1.5-2 litres) with 2 cups of shredded mozzarella. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  • Add the pasta to a casserole dish. Top it with 8 frozen chicken patties. To crisp the chicken patties, bake for 20 minutes
  • Take the chicken out of the oven. Spread the sauce over the chicken and cover it with it. Sprinkle the top with 1/2 cup grated Parmesan and 1 cup shredded mozzarella.
  • Bake an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
