  • 1 small onion chopped fine
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 32 oz. Frozen hash browns thawed*
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 10.5 oz. 10.5 oz.
  • 16 oz. Sour cream
  • 2.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/3 teaspoon pepper
