The Mississippi sin dip is the perfect make-ahead appetizer for any occasion. If you’re having a party and want to do something that requires little to no effort, then this is the perfect recipe for you!
Ingredients:
1 (16 oz.) package sour cream, room temperature
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, room temperature
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped or diced ham
1 tablespoon of your preferred hot sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 loaf French bread
Crackers available
Green onions as garnish
How to Make Mississippi Sin Dip:
Preheat oven to 350o F
You will need a serrated bread knife for cutting the center of French bread. Make sure you leave enough bread at the bottom.
Mix together cream cheese and sour cream in a large bowl. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and garlic powders.
Add cheddar cheese and diced Ham to the mixture, then transfer it to a bowl.
Place aluminum foil on top of the baking sheet and bake in the oven. Bake for 35 minutes. Then, remove the aluminum foil and bake another 10 minutes or until the foil is golden brown.
Take out of the oven and top with chopped green onions. Serve with bread or crackers
