This spaghetti dish is made from ground beef and taco seasoning, with spaghetti and cheese. The seasonings are rubbed into the meat before sautéing it in a skillet. If desired, the meat can be browned in the oven for about 10 minutes before adding it to the skillet.

What are the ingredients?

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup yellow onions
1/4 cup taco seasoning (1 packet)
10 ounces Rotel tomatoes
8 ounces spaghetti noodles, uncooked
3 cups water
4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped

How do you make it?

Olive oil can be heated in a 12-inch skillet on medium heat.

In a skillet, brown ground beef and onion until the meat is no more pink. The onions will become soft and translucent.

Add the taco seasoning and Rotel tomatoes (including juice), to the pasta noodles and water.

Bring to boil on high heat. Reduce heat to low and cover the pot. Let it boil for 15 minutes.

Turn off the heat. Stir in half the cheese and cook the spaghetti.

Add the remaining cheese and cilantro. Serve.
