  • 2 cups frozen small peas thawed
  • 8 oz. 8 oz.

  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil dried chopped chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon each onion powder garlic powder salt, pepper, and sugar
