- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 g / 0.07 lb) for cooking
Directions
- Drain and rinse the soaked red lentils thoroughly.
- Add the lentils, water, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, baking powder, salt, and pepper to a blender or food processor.
