- 1 large egg

- 8 ounces 227 grams mushrooms, sliced

- 3 Tablespoons 30g, butter

- 1/4 to 1/2 cup flour 30-60 g, depending on how thick the gravy you prefer

- In a large bowl combine all the steak ingredients : beef, breadcrumbs and egg. Shape into 4 oval patties.
