  • 450 grams (1 pound) mushrooms, sliced
  • 170 grams (6 ounces) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup shredded or grated cheese (Parmesan, Mozzarella, Cheddar)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the lean ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Season the beef with salt and pepper, then set it aside to cool.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cooked ground beef and stir to combine.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a small baking dish, pressing it down evenly.
  7. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté the sliced mushrooms until they are soft and start to turn brown. Season with salt, pepper, seasoned salt, and dried parsley.
