- 1 cup rice uncooked I used Basmati rice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Marinade
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 small onion chopped finely
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth

- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add the chicken thighs and toss together. Wrap the casserole dish in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 30 to 24 hours.
