  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 170 grams (6 ounces) cream cheese
  • 120 grams (½ cup) grated mozzarella
  • 90 grams (¾ cup) bread crumbs
  • 60 grams (½ cup) grated Parmesan
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 ½ tablespoons butter, melted

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Quarter the white mushrooms and add them to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sauté the mushrooms until they have softened and most of the water has cooked off, which takes about 7-9 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, approximately 1 minute.
  5. Stir in the cubed cream cheese until the mushrooms are evenly coated.
