This is the best Christmas cookie recipe that I have ever tried.
Ingredients:
150g unsalted butter
400g white chocolate
150g Gingernut Biscuits, crushed into small pieces
180 g Mini marshmallows
400g mixed candy (I used red-colored Skittles).
150 g White chocolate chopped (to decorate)
Decorate with sweets and sprinkles
Instructions:
Place the butter and white choco in a pan, over a saucepan of simmering hot water.
Mix until smooth, then let cool for 10 minutes.
Combine the marshmallows, crushed biscuits and sweets in a bowl and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Add decorations to the remaining white chocolate.
Allow to chill for at least 2 hours. Take out of the fridge and chop into pieces.
