  • 2 oranges sliced
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp. 1/2 tbsp. dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. 1/2 tsp.
  • 1/4 tsp. Red pepper flakes are optional
  • 2-3 fresh thyme sprigs
  • 2-3 fresh rosemary sprigs
