Additional Time: 2 hours
Total Time: 2 hours 10 minutes
Servings: 30 pieces
24 oz vanilla almond bark
Creamy peanut butter can be substituted with chunky peanut butter by using 1/3 cup of peanut butter
2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vegetable oil or coconut oil
A jelly roll pan (10×15″) should be lined with aluminum foil, silicone baking paper or parchment paper.
Melt the chunky peanut butter and vanilla almond bark in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally until smooth.
In a smaller saucepan, heat the vegetable oil and semi-sweet chocolate chips on medium-low heat. Stir occasionally until the mixture is melted.
Smoothen the almond bark mixture on the lined pan. Spread the melted chocolate on top of the almond bark. Use a knife or small spoon to mix the two together. The pan should be placed in the refrigerator to cool down. After the tiger butter has cooled, cut or break it into smaller pieces. Keep the tiger butter in an airtight container, either on the counter or in a refrigerator.
