Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli leaves blanched, chopped
  • 6 strips bacon - cooked chopped
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/3 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded

  • Add chicken breasts into the casserole dish. The casserole dish I used was oval in size, measuring 13 x 9 x 4 x 4.
  • Notice about chicken: For 4 chicken breasts, use either 2 large thick chicken breasts or 4 chicken breasts.
  • Top with chopped and blanched broccoli florets.
  • Top with chopped cooked bacon
  • Spread Ranch dressing on top.
  • Sprinkle with Mozzarella, Cheddar, and Shredded Cheddar cheeses.
