This Ground Beef Stuffed Pepper Skillet Will Leave You Hungry For More

Try this ground beef stuffed pepper skillet for a fast, delicious dinner tonight! This recipe is made in just one pan in less than 30 minutes and will leave you hungry for more.

Ingredients:

1 lb. Ground beef
1/2 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup green bell pepper
1/2 cup red bell pepper
14.5 oz diced tomatoes
3/4 cup white rice I use Jasmine
2 cups beef broth
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cups cheese
1 tbsp Parsley

Instructions:

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion with garlic. Cook on medium heat until the beef is well browned and crumbly. Drain any excess fat. Return the skillet to the heat. Add the bell peppers and diced tomatoes to the skillet. Season with beef broth, tomato paste and Italian seasoning. Mix everything together and bring to boil.

Reduce heat to a simmer and cover. Let rice cook for 18 minutes or until it is tender.

Use a fork to fluff the rice. Add the cheese shredded to the top. Cover the rice again and let it cool on low heat. Enjoy!
