My family absolutely loves this ravioli casserole. It’s super quick and easy to make – the perfect recipe for busy weeknights. This recipe is one of our go-to dinner recipes, because it’s hearty and filling, but also easy to whip up any night of the week. This dish is a favorite among my picky eaters, who love the cheesy goodness! If you want to add meat or veggies, feel free to do so in the layer where I have specified (optional).

This Quick & Easy Baked Ravioli Casserole is a family favorite dinner recipe for busy weeknight meals. It is an easy dinner recipe that can be made in less than 30 minutes. This casserole is a great way to use up leftover ravioli. It is also a good option for those who do not like to cook, as it can be made ahead of time and reheated when needed.

To make this casserole, you will need:

1 (25 oz bag) frozen ravioli
1 (24 oz jar) pasta sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese to sprinkle (optional).

Instructions:

Pre-heat the oven to 400°F and grease a 9×13 baking pan.

Place about 3/4 cup of the pasta sauce on the bottom of your baking dish.

Place half the frozen ravioli on a single layer, then top with the sauce.

Add half the sauce and half the mozzarella cheese to the top.

Start with the remaining frozen ravioli and continue to layer. Top with the remaining sauce and mozzarella. Sprinkle with parmesan, if desired.

Bake the baking dish for 30 minutes covered with aluminum foil. Continue baking for another 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

Allow it to cool, then serve with garlic bread, salad, or vegetables. Enjoy!
